Account & data deletion

1. Send an email

To close an Exiria account, request erasure of personal data, or do both, email admin@exiriagames.com. Suggested subject: “Exiria — account / data deletion”. Say whether you want account closure, erasure of data, or both.

2. Identify the account

Give the email address or account identifier you used and, if relevant, the sign-in provider. If possible, write from the address linked to the account, including an Apple relay address where applicable. If you no longer have access to that address, explain this so we can agree on a proportionate alternative verification.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or an unsolicited identity-document scan. We ask for additional information only where reasonably necessary to verify identity.

3. What happens next

Account closure ends access to tests. Erasure covers personal data that is no longer needed, including the relevant account identity and associated identifiable game data. We may retain the minimum information required by an applicable legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

4. Social sign-in and further information

Removing Exiria from Google, Facebook or Apple disconnects permissions at that provider; it does not necessarily erase the Exiria account or data held by us. Use the email route above for Exiria account and data requests. We do not delete your Google, Facebook or Apple account.
